New Balance Men’s 1540 Sneaker
You’ve all been waiting for it and its finally here the update to the New Balance 1123, is here and available in a refreshing style along with a few changes to make this one of the ultimate in stability.
New Balance boasted it is the premier motion control trainer that was designed to deliver optimum comfort and control for a higher level of stability.
From the 1900′s when New Balance coined a large company offering arch supports to the manufacturing of shoes in the 1970′s, shoes had radically changed by the combination of these two things. One of their main points they stress is that they provide superior footwear in various widths and sizes for optimum performance along with an overall better fit. Since the beginning they have stuck around to improve technologies to create the ultimate in performance footwear.
Some of the technologies in the New Balance 1540 include:
Rollbar: with Medial & Lateral TPU Posts for ultimate motion control, specifically for pronation and supination.
ACTEVA: mid-sole cushions and resists compression set, it is also 12% lighter than the standard Mid-sole cushion
ENCAP: mid-sole technology provides support and maximum durability
ABZORB: cushioning in the mid-foot provides exceptional shock absorption
Ndurance: rubber compound for maximum out-sole durability
along with a polyurethane strobel board, no-sew material application (for a soft/comfortable fit), with a synthetic and mesh upper for lightweight comfort and support.
CK2010 wrote on 12/22/2011, “These new 1540′s are why I have been buying top of the line New Balance running shoes for 25 years. They fit like a glove, and this shoe gives premium support with the rollbar and other features not available anywhere else. I am a waiter and spend 8 hours per day on my feet. These shoes make work as easy on my feet as is possible. Nothing else compares.”
While offering products that bypass others in many departments, New Balance has made a a commitment to keep part of its manufacturing in the United States, having 5 factories in New England- three in Maine and two in Massachusetts. Proudly 25% of New Balances shoes that are sold in the United States are assembled in the United States, a feat many other footwear companies cannot say. Not only this but they are also doing their best to obtain materials from domestic suppliers, helping keep part of its industry in the US in such trying times. New Balance strive to make outstanding footwear has certainly had a leg up due to its past in creating arch supports. They stand by their philosophy of Listen, Learn and Refine, which was what was simply done with the 1540.
